Bulb Source is not responsible for any damage to equipment or injury that may be caused by the use of  products sold by Bulb Source.    The buyer assumes all responsibility and risk with the purchase of any product from Bulb Source.

Return Policy

Bulbs (including projector bulbs · stage & studio · SoLux · MR11/MR16 · general lighting)

Bulbs may be returned up to 10 days after date of purchase.  Bulbs may only be returned with a valid Return Authorization Number.  Bulbs must not have been used in equipment for any length of time and be actual product that was sent from Bulb Source.  Returned bulbs tested and found to have been used  will not be refunded.   Bulb Source does not refund shipping charges nor do we pay for return shipping.

Orders must be returned in saleable condition. Torn boxes, boxes with writing on them, boxes with damage, or missing boxes are non returnable orders.

 Special Orders
Some items may be considered SPECIAL ORDER if the quantity is deemed large or is not an item not normally stocked by Bulb Source. These items are not returnable. You will be notified by Bulb Source if the item your are purchasing is considered special order before we process your order. 

Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address will incur another shipping charge  to resend the order.  

Warranty [overhead - slide - 8mm/16mm-metal halide-HPS-MR11/MR16 type bulbs]

Broken bulbs (broken in shipment only) may be returned up to 10 days after the date of purchase.  A broken bulb is a bulb that has a broken filament, cracked, or broken glass reflector.  Bulb Source reserves the right to replace the  bulb or refund the price of the bulb.  Bulb Source will not replace or refund a  bulb that has blown or burned out -  no matter the length of time in the equipment.   Bulbs must be returned using a valid Return Authorization Number.

Bulbs damaged in shipping [outside of  the United States]  will not be replaced or refunded unless shipping insurance was purchased via Express Mail service.   Express Mail shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00 USD [additional insurance may be purchased].   Global Priority Mail shipping is not insured.

ALL insured claims must be filed with your local post office for refund [Bulb Source will provide insurance certificate upon request for Express Mail service].

ALL ORDERS sold outside of the United States are non-returnable/ all sales are final . Make sure you are ordering the correct item.

Shipping to  an APO or  FPO address  is at  buyer's risk for delivery.  Bulb Source is unable to offer tracking to these addresses.
We will not replace nor refund on lost orders shipped to a APO  or FPO address - no exceptions.

Warranty [LCD/ DLP Type Projector Bulbs]

LCD and DLP Data projector bulbs carry a 60 day manufacturer warranty.  Bulb Source does not offer any additional warranty expressed or implied.  

Laminating Film / Transparency Film

Unopened  laminating film and transparency film may be returned up to 10 days after date of purchase.  Laminating film and transparency film may only be returned with a valid Return Authorization Number.  There is a  restocking fee for returned laminating film and transparency film [see above for return fee schedule]. Bulb Source does not refund shipping.
