Lamps are hazardous products and need to be treated with great care. Some glass bulbs are pressurized to extreme levels containing hazardous chemicals such as Mercury, all housed in glass. In the interests of safety and responsible disposal, Bulb Source will dispose of your current lamp with the purchase of relamped assembly at no additional charge.
Relamping
projector bulbs or re-lamping projector bulbs with a new lamp is also
known
as refurbished or refurbishing a lamp/module unit within a projector.
Bulb Source only needs the lamp and assembly [metal cage around your lamp] not your projector unit to relamp.
